Please read the terms of this Terms of Service Agreement carefully. By using the website
www.pawfectlymade.com (the "Website"), the Pawfectly Made® mobile application
on iOS or Android devices, including phones, tablets, or any other electronic device
(the "Pawfectly Made® App"), or the mobile site www.pawfectlymade.com
(the "Msite")—collectively referred to as the "Platform"—or by purchasing products from
the Platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
This Agreement governs your use of the Platform, your use of the trade name
Pawfectly Made® (the "Business Name"), the offer of products for purchase on the
Platform, and your purchase of products available through the Platform.
For the purposes of this Agreement, wherever the context so requires, "you" or "user"
means any person, including any natural or legal person, who uses the Platform or purchases
any product from the Platform using a computer system or other device, including but not
limited to a mobile phone, handheld device, or tablet.
This Agreement includes and incorporates by reference the policies and guidelines referred
to herein. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and any provision
of such policies or guidelines, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail in relation to the
subject matter of this Agreement, and the terms of such policies and guidelines shall prevail
in relation to their respective subject matter. You are strongly advised to read all such
policies and guidelines carefully, as made available on the Platform.
Pawfectly Made® reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time by posting the
amendments or the amended Agreement on the Platform. Pawfectly Made® may notify you of
such amendments by displaying the date of the latest revision at the top of this Agreement
or by any other reasonable means. The amended Agreement will take effect immediately upon
being posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such posting will
constitute your acceptance of the amended Agreement.
Pawfectly Made® encourages you to review this Agreement whenever you visit the Platform
to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions governing your use of the Platform
and your purchase of products. This Agreement does not alter the terms or conditions of any
other written agreement you may have with Pawfectly Made® for other products or services.
In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and another agreement executed with you,
the terms of that other agreement shall prevail in relation to its subject matter.
If you do not agree with this Agreement, including any policies or guidelines referred to
herein, you must immediately stop using the Platform. To print this Agreement, use the print
option available in your browser.
Pawfectly Made® is currently delivering orders of the products listed on the Platform
(“Products”) and providing various offers mentioned on the Platform (“Offers”). We will not be able to service orders at any place other than the Operating
Locations. Any modification in the Operating Locations of Pawfectly Made® shall be mentioned
on the Platform.
All Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits
on any order, reject all or part of an order, and discontinue Products without notice, even if
you have already placed an order.
We take care to accurately display the descriptions, colours, and images of our Products.
However, we cannot guarantee or accept responsibility for variations in pictorial representations
or colour differences caused by technical factors. Prices and descriptions of Products are
subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any price modification, suspension, or
discontinuation of Products.
The Platform allows you to place orders for Products in standard quantities, and the displayed
price of each Product is calculated on the basis of that standard quantity. However, due to the
nature of the Product, there may be a variance between the quantity ordered and the quantity supplied.
We will only charge you for the quantity of the Product supplied to you. If the supplied quantity
is less than the quantity ordered, any excess amount paid by you shall be refunded. The method of
refund shall be determined by Pawfectly Made® from time to time, including credit to your
PawPoints or another supported mobile wallet.
Products sold on the Platform are perishable goods. We therefore recommend that you carefully
read the instructions printed on the packaging of each Product before using it.
Any Offers available on the Platform shall, in addition to this Agreement, be subject to the
terms and conditions listed on the Platform in relation to those Offers.
Pawfectly Made® has proprietary rights and trade secrets in the Products. You shall not copy,
reproduce, resell, or redistribute any Product manufactured and/or distributed by Pawfectly Made®
Pvt Ltd.
This Platform offers various products for sale, including food products (the “Products”).
By placing an order for Products through the Platform, you agree to the terms set out in this Agreement.
Pawfectly Made® reserves the right to refuse service to any customer.
Unless you notify Pawfectly Made®, its third-party vendors, or its advisers in writing of your intention to opt out of further direct or indirect marketing communications and solicitations, you agree to continue receiving emails, calls, text messages, and communications through any other medium Pawfectly Made® may adopt from time to time for the promotion of Products.
You may opt out of future marketing and solicitation communications by writing to woofsandpurrs@pawfectlymade.com .
Pawfectly Made® has proprietary rights and trade secrets in the Products. You shall not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute any Product manufactured and/or distributed by Pawfectly Made®. Pawfectly Made® also owns or controls the rights to its trademarks, trade dress, and specific webpage layouts, including calls to action, text placement, images, and other information.
In addition to making Products available, the Platform provides information and marketing material,
including information made available directly or through links to third-party websites and mobile
applications relating to nutrition and dietary supplements.
Pawfectly Made® does not always create the information offered on the Platform. Some information
may be gathered from other sources. Content created by Pawfectly Made® is protected by the
intellectual property laws of India, foreign jurisdictions, and applicable international bodies.
Unauthorised use of such material may violate copyright, trademark, or other applicable laws.
You acknowledge that your use of the Platform content is for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Links to third-party websites and mobile applications are provided solely for your convenience.
Pawfectly Made® does not endorse their content and is not responsible for any content, loss, or
damage arising from your access to or reliance upon such third-party websites or applications.
Accessing third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.
Only persons capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872
are eligible to use the Platform. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the
Act are not eligible to use the Platform.
If you are under 18 years of age, you shall not register as a user, transact on, or independently use
the Platform. A parent or legal guardian may use the Platform on behalf of a minor. Pawfectly Made®
reserves the right to terminate your membership and/or refuse access to the Platform if it becomes
aware that you are under 18 years of age.
You shall not use the Platform for illegal purposes. You agree to:
1. Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations,
including intellectual property laws.
2. Not interfere with or disrupt another user’s use and enjoyment of the Platform.
3. Not resell material available on the Platform.
4. Not transmit spam, chain letters, junk mail, or any other unsolicited communication.
5. Not defame, harass, abuse, or disrupt other users of the Platform.
By using the Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use
its content and materials solely for normal, personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy,
reproduce, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from such content without express
written authorisation from Pawfectly Made® or the applicable third party.
By posting, storing, or transmitting any content on the Platform, you grant Pawfectly Made® a
perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, assignable right and licence to use, copy,
display, perform, create derivative works from, distribute, transmit, and assign such content in any
form and through any media now known or developed in the future.
Pawfectly Made® does not control the nature of user-generated content made available through
the Platform. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users and any content you
post. Pawfectly Made® shall not be liable for any damage or harm resulting from user posts or
interactions between users.
Pawfectly Made® reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor interactions between users
and remove any content it considers objectionable at its sole discretion.
Your use of the Platform and/or Products is entirely at your own risk. The Platform and Products are
provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pawfectly Made® expressly disclaims all
warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, and non-infringement in relation to the Products, Platform content, or reliance
upon or use of such content or Products.
Pawfectly Made® does not warrant that information on the Platform is accurate, reliable,
complete, or current, or that links to third-party platforms contain accurate, reliable, complete,
or current information.
No oral or written advice or information obtained through the Platform shall create any warranty
not expressly stated in this Agreement, nor does Pawfectly Made® warrant that Product defects
will be corrected.
The total liability of Pawfectly Made®, and your exclusive remedy in law, equity, or otherwise,
in relation to Platform content, Products, or any breach of this Agreement, shall be limited to the
amount paid by you during the one-month period preceding the claim, excluding shipping, handling
charges, and taxes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pawfectly Made® shall not be liable for any
direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this
Agreement or the Products, including damages resulting from:
1. Use of or inability to use Platform content or Products.
2. The cost of obtaining substitute Products or content.
3. Products purchased, obtained, or transactions completed through the Platform.
4. Any alleged loss of profits.
You agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pawfectly Made®, its contractors,
agents, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, and assigns from all liabilities,
claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:
1. This Agreement or your breach of any warranty, representation, or obligation under it.
2. Platform content or your use of Platform content.
3. Products or your use of Products.
4. Any intellectual property or proprietary right of another person or entity.
5. Your violation of any provision of this Agreement.
6. Any information or data supplied by you to Pawfectly Made®.
If Pawfectly Made® is threatened with legal proceedings or sued by a third party, it may seek
written assurances regarding your indemnification obligations. Failure to provide such assurances
may be treated as a material breach of this Agreement.
Pawfectly Made® may participate in the defence of any third-party claim arising from your use
of Platform content or Products, using legal counsel of its choice at its own expense. You shall
remain responsible for defending Pawfectly Made® against the claim and may not enter into any
related settlement without its prior written consent.
This provision shall survive the termination or cancellation of this Agreement or your use of the
Platform or Products.
While we take reasonable care to supply the exact quantity of Product ordered, the nature of certain
Products may result in a minor difference of one or two grams in weight.
Pricing is determined dynamically according to each pet’s individual requirements and excludes GST,
which is added at checkout. GST may also apply to shipping charges. The final amount payable includes
applicable shipping charges and GST.
The price shown on the Platform is based on the stated Product quantity or description. The final
amount charged may therefore be based on the actual quantity of Product delivered.
We accept major domestic credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and pay-later options made available through Razorpay, our payment gateway partner. We currently do not accept international debit or credit cards.

Pawfectly Made® may apply delivery and handling charges together with applicable taxes at its
sole discretion from time to time.
At present, Pawfectly Made® charges Rs. 150 (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty only), inclusive of
delivery and handling charges, plus applicable taxes. Pawfectly Made® may revise these charges
at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Product prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue
Products, or any part or content thereof, at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you
or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of Products.
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, any modification to recipes, delivery address, or
delivery date for an outgoing order must be requested at least 24 hours before delivery.
Pawfectly Made® reserves the right to refuse any order placed with us. At our sole discretion,
we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.
These restrictions may apply to orders placed through the same customer account, using the same
credit card, or using the same billing or shipping address.
If we modify or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, billing
address, or telephone number provided when the order was placed.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and purchase information for all
transactions made through the Platform.
Pawfectly Made® is committed to protecting user privacy and informing you about how your data is used. Please refer to the Pawfectly Made® Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available on the Platform.
Pawfectly Made® shall not be considered in default or held responsible for any cessation,
interruption, or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control,
including earthquakes, floods, fires, storms, natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism,
armed conflict, labour strikes, lockouts, or boycotts.
Pawfectly Made® may cease operation of the Platform or distribution of Products at any time
at its sole discretion.
This Agreement, together with the policies and guidelines incorporated herein by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Pawfectly Made® in relation to its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and communications concerning that subject matter.
The failure of Pawfectly Made® to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement
shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid,
unlawful, or unenforceable, the parties agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to
the parties’ intentions as reflected in that provision. All remaining provisions of this Agreement
shall continue in full force and effect.
The Platform originates from Bengaluru, Karnataka. This Agreement shall be governed by and
interpreted in accordance with the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts in the State of Karnataka.
By entering into this Agreement, you irrevocably waive any right you may have to combine your claims
with those of others through a class action or similar procedural mechanism. Any claim arising out
of, relating to, or connected with this Agreement must be brought individually.
Pawfectly Made® reserves the right to terminate your access to the Platform without prior notice
if it reasonably believes, at its sole discretion, that you have breached any term or condition of
this Agreement.
Following termination, you will no longer be permitted to use the Platform, and Pawfectly Made®
may cancel any outstanding Product orders without prior notice. Pawfectly Made® may also take any
measures it considers necessary to prevent unauthorised access to the Platform.
This Agreement shall continue to remain effective unless and until Pawfectly Made® elects to
terminate it at its sole discretion.
Pawfectly Made® makes no representation that the Platform or Products are appropriate or available for use outside India. Users who access the Platform from outside India do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local laws.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement to any other person. Pawfectly Made® may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement at its sole discretion and without prior notice to you.
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that
provision shall nevertheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
The unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from this Agreement, and such determination shall
not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provision.
