Returns

RETURNS ARE valid ONLY ON TRIAL PACKS. THERE ARE NO RETURNS FOR TREATS, GELATOS, OR PAWPSIES EITHER. If your pet has not taken to our meals, we will be able to arrange a pickup of the unopened packs, AND ONCE RECEIVED, we will be able to issue a refund for the same.

Refunds

1. We offer a no questions asked refund within 15 days of your first purchase(*valid only on trial pack) in case your pet does not like our food.
2. We do not refund amounts for orders that are already serviced.
3. We do not offer returns or refunds on frozen goods.
4. In case of monthly, quarterly and half-yearly subscriptions, if the 1st delivery of the subscription is done the amount corresponding to the remaining services will not be refunded.
5. GST will not be refunded if the refund is requested after the 7th of the coming month.
6. Order placed using SIMPL as payment gateway will not be refunded.

Delivery, handling charges and taxes

Pawfectly made® may charge delivery and handling charges with applicable taxes at its sole discretion from time to time.

At present, pawfectly made® charges rs. 150 (rupees one hundred and fifty only) inclusive of delivery and handling charges plus applicable taxes. pawfectly made® may, in its sole and absolute discretion, without giving any prior notice, may revise such charges.

Modification

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. we reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the products (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. we shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the products.

Once the order is placed and confirmed, any modifications such as change of recipes, change in address or date of delivery for the outgoing order, needs to be done 24 hours prior to delivery.

Ordering and pricing

The quantity of any product ordered by you and the quantity of product supplied to you may vary. please note that while we take the utmost care to supply the exact quantity of product ordered by you, due to the nature of products, it is not possible that the exact quantity of product that you have ordered will be supplied. Price is exclusive of gst which is added at checkout. gst is charged over shipping costs as well. The final amount you pay includes shipping and gst.

The price displayed on the platform is in relation to the particular quantity of product as provided on the platform and against such product. therefore, the price displayed for your order will also be on the basis of the weight/description of the product ordered by you. however, the actual amount charged to you will be on the basis of the actual amount/quantity of product delivered to you. any difference in estimated price and the actual price shall be adjusted by making a refund by pawfectly made or payment of difference by you to pawfectly made any excess amount paid by you shall be refunded to you and the mode of refund shall be on the mode of payment used for payment by you.
