Our recipes are made using real ingredients and are curated by our in-house vets and nutritionists to support everyday nutrition. While we do not add synthetic vitamins and minerals, the recipes are made with ingredients that naturally provide a wide range of nutrients.

How much should I feed my pet? v

Every pet is different, which is why Pawfectlymade meals are tailored to your pet’s breed, age, and size.

When you choose a subscription plan, you’ll first create your pet’s profile by answering a few simple questions. Based on that, our algorithm recommends the daily feeding quantity in grams that best suits your pet’s individual needs.

How do I transition my pet to Pawfectlymade? v

The best way to introduce fresh food is to take it slow.

Day 1–2: 25% Pawfectlymade + 75% current food
Day 3–4: 50% Pawfectlymade + 50% current food
Day 5–6: 75% Pawfectlymade + 25% current food
Day 7: 100% Pawfectlymade

How should I store Pawfectlymade meals? v

Pawfectlymade meals should always be kept refrigerated at 0–4°C.

Since these are fresh meals, it’s important to store them properly as soon as they are delivered.

How long do the meals stay fresh? v

When kept refrigerated and unopened, Pawfectlymade meals stay fresh for up to 7 days.

Once opened, we recommend feeding immediately or within 24 hours.

Do I need to be at home to receive my order? v

Yes, we recommend someone is available to receive the order.

These are fresh meals and should be refrigerated immediately after delivery.
