how it works
meats
all our recipes contain human grade meats sourced from an fssai certified supplier. We only use chicken, lamb and fish for our recipes. the meat comes to us cut, cleaned and packed, ensuring it is sterile and ready to cook. our meat is only human grade and we do not use any feed grade parts such as organs, bones, claws, beaks, skin or diseased carcasses etc.
Chicken - Poultry builds lean muscle mass in dogs and delivers Omega 6 fatty acids that help sustain healthy skin and shiny coats. we get various types of chicken cuts such as curry, mince, breasts, boneless, shanks, legs, thighs etc, which we cook on the bone, then debone and use in our recipes, to ensure the nutrition is not lost.
Lamb - an excellent source of high-quality protein and essential amino acids, which are vital nutrients for your pet and critical to build, heal and maintain body tissues and to protect and regulate body processes. we get various types of lamb cuts such as curry, mince, breasts, boneless, shanks, legs, thighs etc, which we cook on the bone, then de-bone and use in our recipes, to ensure the nutrition is not lost.
Fish - we use only boneless basa, which provides a great source of protein, is relatively low in saturated fats, and is easily digestible
vegetables
each of our recipes uses a mix and match of two or more of the below farm fresh vegetables and fruits which are sourced from a local farm. we use only the below mentioned vegetables and fruits for our entire menu
broccoli - has the highest amount of Vitamin K found in vegetables. it boosts the immune system of your dog and provides anti-inflammatory properties.
zucchini - is a great source of vitamin C, potassium, calcium, beta-carotene, and folate, helping with the healthy functioning of your dog's muscles, nerves, vision, and immune system.
sweet potatoes - provide an excellent source of dietary fiber, which helps your pet’s digestive system function more effectively.
carrot - they are very rich in Vitamin A and beyond supporting eye health, also assists in supporting a thriving immune system and healthy skin & coat.
pumpkin - besides being a natural stomach soother, pumpkin also helps to remove excess water in a pet’s digestive tract.
spinach - contains large amounts of vitamins A, B, C, and K. It also contains iron, antioxidants, beta-carotene, and roughage, which stimulate the digestive tract.
corn - a good source of protein, carbohydrates, linoleic acid, and antioxidants.
peas - a great source of vitamins, including A, K, B and packed with minerals like iron, zinc, potassium and magnesium and high in fiber.
beans - full of important vitamins and minerals, such as protein, iron, calcium, and vitamins B6, A, C, and K and fiber and are low in calories.
fruits
apple - provide vitamin A, vitamin C and dietary fibre and help in keeping your dog's teeth clean and freshen their breath!
Banana - the high fiber content in bananas is great for your pet’s digestive system, especially to resolve constipation & diarrhea
herbs
Mint - it not only soothes your dog's stomach but can greatly help tone down that trademark doggy breath
seeds
Flax - can help ease symptoms of arthritis, lower blood pressure, improve kidney function, and maintain healthy skin and coat in pets.
chia - can help slow digestion, helping with blood sugar regulation as well as tolerance of glucose in your dog's body.
pumpkin - they are a safe dewormer and also provide quality protein, amino acids and many nutrients.
grains
we use grains in a few of our recipes.
brown rice - it full of natural fiber, which helps a dog's digestion and also an excellent source of carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals.
kidney beans - they contain antioxidants that help maintain healthy cholesterol levels and ward off disease. they are also a great source of protein and fibre.
eggs
we use free range eggs, sourced fresh locally. Eggs are high in protein, fatty acids, vitamins, and fatty acids that help support your pets inside and out. we also add boiled and mashed egg shells as are very high in calcium, and extremely good for the pet's bones.
olive oil
contains phytonutrients, vitamin E, & omega-3 fatty acids that help keep your pet’s skin moisturized and well-nourished and the pet’s coat shiny
